  • Perform interventional spine procedures including LESIs, CESIs,
Facet injections, MBBs, RFNs, SI joint injections.
 
     
  • Mentorship with a Board Certified Pain Management physician to learn
procedures including vertebroplasties, SCS trials,
and Percutaneous Disc Decompression.
 
     
  • Perform 10-15 EMG/NCS per week  
     
  • Manage chronic pain  
     
  • General musculoskeletal medicine including peripheral joint injections,
occipital nerve blocks, and TPIs

  • 15 months of in-patient rehabilitation including stroke, spinal cord injury,
traumatic brain injury, and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation.
This includes 3 months of post-hospital outpatient follow-up involving
spasticity management with Botox injections and intrathecal baclofen.
 
     
  • 11 months of out-patient musculoskeletal medicine, sports medicine,
and pain management training in interventional spine procedures
with fluoroscopy, peripheral joint injections, trigger-point injections
and EMG/NCS.
 
     
  • 6 months of EMG/NCS training under the auspices of the Neurology department.  
     
  • 3 months of Pediatric rehabilitation combining in-patient
and out-patient management.
 
     
  • 1 month of musculoskeletal radiology.
